Theater Venues in Fort Worth
The Bass Performance Hall is a 2,056 seat venue, hosting a range of events such as symphony, opera, stage, ballet, musicals, and rock concerts and it is now home to the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, Fort Worth Opera, Texas Ballet Theater, and the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition and Cliburn Concerts. The hall was built in a classic European opera house style.
A key landmark in the Cultural District of Fort Worth, TX, Casa Manana or House of Tomorrow, plays host to a large number of plays and musicals staged by the city's performing arts company of the same name. Formerly an open-air amphitheater, the original building was opened in 1936 as part of the Texas Centennial Celebrations.
